As a former Division 1 athlete, I understand how important the mental component of a performance is. When my career in athletics ended with an injury, my world was turned upside-down. Since the age of 6, I focused all of my energy on sports, which created an athlete identity. My transition out of sport led me toward the field of Sport Psychology.

I hold a Master’s Degree in Sport Psychology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. As a Certified Mental Performance Consultant through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology, I have had the opportunity to work extensively with various populations. As a government contractor working with the U.S. Army, I had the opportunity to increase my knowledge of resilience, performance, positive psychology, and life and academic skills.

Post Military, I have worked in an embedded capacity with athletic teams at the Semi-Pro, Division I, Junior College, High School and Travel Ball levels. Additionally, I have worked with Broadway Performing Artists and                Film / Television Actors.
